Couldn't resist

I'm sorry, I couldn't resist, but this guy's trying to sell a '69 hot rod c-10 to fund his shopping spree at NOPI to pimp out his rice burner. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...4&goto=3631454

With a couple grand mine can be in the 12's also, or damn close. It's all about what you have to start with.

Re: Couldn't resist

My only compaint about small engines boosted to go fast is that damn whining sound they make (not to mention the problems their drivers cause on the freeways and streets). Ya just can't beat the rumble of a V8!!!

Well S/C and Turbo both make that type of sound...But usually the smaller engines rev really high (7-11,000 rpm) which produces a high pitched noise.
