My 2005 Sonata sounds like a diesel

My 2005 sounds like a diesel engine or like it doesn't have enough oil, there is a constant tapping noise, someone suggested I need a new serpentine belt, anyone else have this problem?

It could be many things, we need more info. Which side is it comming from? Does it get faster as you drive? etc.
