Burning Smell
I was sitting in the Taco Bell drive thru one a couple of nights ago. When i was sitting there i noticed this smoke coming from the front of the car and it smelled like something was burning. It smelled like oil burning on the manifold. It does it off and on when Im stopped or driving. What could be the problem? My car is a 2000 GTP with 108,000 miles on

Re: Burning Smell
Inspect the area around the valve cover gaskets to see if leaking. Also check undercarriage especially around the oil pan and tranny pan. If the valve cover and oil pan gaskets have never been changed you are probably due with 108K miles.
