is this also common
three times today when i've started my car it made a sound wet fan belt from under the hood of driver side. and i thought i might have head my power stering pump wind a little but not so sure gonna check it in the daylight tomorrow. any ideas

It's squeaking just when the turn the engine over? If so it's probably just a loose belt on the starter (or the belt needs replacing).
Time for you to crack open the hood and listen for squeaks.

Probably is the power steering belt tensioner is a little slack (due to belt wear etc) just tighten it up and that should sort it
