Poor Heat.. Bad Defroster

On my 90 9c1. the heat doesnt seem to blow very hot, and it seem as the defroster doest defrost the windows very well, the car hadnt been driver in a while and was covered in about two feet of snow, but the inner windows were foggy..

as for the rear defogger, it kicks on, and get a little defrosting near the line, but it seems like it doesnt run enough or get hot enough to do the back window... any suggestions
