Turn signal, pass side blinks fast

The turn signals on the passenger side blinks twice as fast - both rear and front. Driver side works fine. I have a 2003 Taurus. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hello

I've learned that on the newer vehicals the turn signals will be fast if there is a bulb out. However, you said that it flashes in the back and front. Is there more than one bulb in the front or rear so that you see a bulb light but still have a burnt bulb.
