Misfire cylinder 5
I keep getting check engine soon light and I have a code reader that tells me that I have a cylinder 5 misfire. I changed the spark plugs and wires. Still misfires. Took it to the dealer. They cleaned the injectors and throttle body and I still get the same result. The car is a Grand Am 2003 - 3.4 liter. Anybody got any clues?

Re: Misfire cylinder 5
Try swapping out the ignition coil packs 2/5 with 6/3 and see what happens. Also, although the injectors were cleaned #5 fuel injector could be defective.
