Error Code 37

My 1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee shows a error code of 37 any help greatly appreciated.

Eng and trans and mileage?
Is the trans acting up?
Code 37 points to a trans governor pressure circuit or sensor problem.
It would be better to get it on a good trans/engine capable scanner and get the full 4 digit code and look things over.
