33" tires will they fit?

I have a chance to buy a set of 33" tires on 16.5 rims for $150.
I have a 92 250 power ram 3/4 ton can i put these on without any lift or
any problems?

there might be some rubbing on sharp turns if you have a 4x4 but with a ram a 4x2 can't accept a 33" tire.
