Question '98 BCM harness'

After removing and remounting the dash on my '98 S10 I questioned whether or not their was a bundle of wires plug into the "purple" harness of the BCM. Auto shutoff for radio (opening door) and manual dome light controls not functioning. Before I take that dash off again to look 4 wires I may have left behind I was wondering if anybody knew if there should be anything plugged into that harness and what it controls. thanks
