Has anybody know or have connected their strobes with the car alarm -- so when the alarm goes off the strobes turn on -- I would like the option to turn them on without setting off the alarm....

You could do this the only problem I see with it is that when your typical car alarm goes off is pulses the parking lights. You would probably need a constant 12v output to keep your strobes going off contiuously. Depending on your alarm you may have a wire that is grounded when armed but switches to 12v when set off. Im sure a competent installer could figure out a way to do it if he saw your alarm.

Looks like he wanted both. You could prolly use a second channel output to click them on without setting the alarm off but the output only pulses a short time.
