Gas Mileage?

Hi-I own a 1999 Sebring Convertible(JXI) and for some reason my gas mileage went down from around 19-21 MPG to like 14 MPG. Could winter/snow be the cause of this? If not what could be the problem?

ok nvm i found out what it was. My radiator cap was entirely bad
