Heated Seats

HI,

My dad has a 1997 Aurora, the heated seats work sometimes and not others, we changed the unit on the door where the switches are and the heated seat module under the seat and still nothing. Again it works sometimes,(Passenger Heated Seats Always Work) but most of the time they dont. Also the door lock button doesnt work, and if you use the passanger side seat controls for the inflation or deflation of the back of the seat, it nocks out the whole driver's side controls. It doesnt make any sense. We also checked the ground to that particular spot. If you could help that would be cool.
