Depends if it is the same 3.8L V6 what I mean by that is that some of the 3.8L's have 3800 engraved in the intake and some of the newer 3800's have it on the plastic fuel injector cover and those engines have different vin numbers and are different internaly to a degree. Now there are other factors to be concerned about too. You have to check to see if sensors are the same, same connectors and so forth. One sure fire way to check is go to a junk yard and get the vin off the car it is comming out of and the vin of the car it is going into and the junk yard should have a book which will say if the engine is compatiable with that particular year. Transmision same thing. Good Luck!
