E30 M3 vs. E36 M3 vs. E46 M3

which would you rather have?? the E30 is lighter and more like a go kart on steriods. the E36 is more powerful but heavier. still a fast car but the E30 is a better track car. the E46 is even more powerful but even more heavy. i'm not sure which one i would take. the E36 probably looks the best(IMO) but the E30 is a better track car. the E46...i'm not sure what its best at.

i love the e30... especially modded ones... there is one that was in european car that had 19in white rims and it was civic si blue... hella sweet car... and imagine if you put an e46 motor in it... hmm... endless options, and a large inability to drive in a straight line if the throttle is cracked open

I like the E46 best, it's newest and I like new things. It is by far the most technologically developed and I think the best looking, as for mods, E30's and E36's a far better.

I'd take the E36 no question, it's powerful it's lighter than the E46 and you have way more possibilities to upgrade it. For the E30 nice thing but not my style.:bandit:

E46 is the best. It's the most thrilling, and the best drivers BMW to date.

WELL...HMMM....
do you guys know anything about the e30 though? they are 80s cars... do you know what they look like even?
i dont mean to be rude, but hey, everyone is all about the e46 b/c it is in the now... what about the past?
the power doesnt matter. power to weight matters. the e30 was awesome. i would rather have that.
i dont think they have the same snooty appeal as the new ones, and you would know its an m3... the new ones are a bit understated....
ah well... `

my computer was going crazy so i couldn't use it for about a week so that's why i haven't been around. i know you guys missed me....ya. i'm still not sure what i would take. the e30 is probably my choice. as flylwsi was saying, do you guys even know about the e30?? but flylwsi....that's not an M3 in your pic. that's just a modded 3 series.
