Hasegawa racing BMW 318i?

Is this the same tooling as Dragon's 318i compact, or something done entirely by hasegawa? This car is the one with FINA livery.

It's the same tooling but the Fina kit does have racing parts in it ie. roll cage, five spoke rims and slicks.

Basically Dragon / Revell / Hasegawa BMW E36 kits are nearly identical. E36 racing version share most of the parts with the compact version.
