I would like to know if the L32 pcm(95-97 series 2)is the same as L67 pcm 97 and also is the L67 pcm (gtp 97)is the same as bonneville ssei 2001

To the best of my knowledge, the '97 L32 and L67 PCMs are not the same. There are differences in internal components and programming.
As to a L67 '97 GTP PCM and the 2001 Bonneville SSEI, not the same either. However, the '02 GTP and '01 - '03 Bonny supposedly use the same PCM which includes part number and programming.
