is it in certain speeds, vent, defrost, ac, or is it not working at all in any of the settings? go through every combination and also listen for the blower. please, if you havent tried it all, go through it and come back with results.

my blower motor does something similar. On cold days, the heat coming from the vent blowing into the cabin work, but don't blow heat nearly as hard as they used to. This happened after a nasty cold day, I had no heat at all in the car... just cold air from any vent.

no.. it doesn't change.. just barely blows at all on cold days.. those being under 30.... is the blower motor located behind the glovebox?

well it could be a failing motor. if there is snow on the outside vent it could cause the problem too. just one last question, does it blow the same with the recirculation on?

the black plastic piece where your windshield wipers are at. there should be vents there that allow air into the blower. its rare for that to happen but ive seen it happen before, so if it happens once it could always happen again.
