98 Ranger Heat Problem

I have no leaks. My hoses are all hot, My heater/AC vacuum switch is working. I have no heat in the cab. Is it electrical? Under the dash? I'm very cold and would apprieciate any imput.

Are the heater hoses going in and out of the firewall (heater core) hot ... or just lukewarm?

If hot, you should be able to feel warmth in the area of the heater core.
