87 535 part interchangeability with other 3, 5 and 7 series ??

I need a passenger door, front bumper and some seats for my 87 535i. There is a local wrecking yard with a few 528e's and a 89 735 in it. My question is what year 528e's bumpers and doors will fit on my 535 and will the seats out of the 89 735 bolt up to my 535 or would I have to fabricate mounts. Thanks or any help

You won't have any problems with the body parts from the 528e fitting your 535i. The main difference between the two cars is the drivetrain. The seats might be a little trickier though. I know that they will fit in the e34 five series, but the e34 has a bigger cabin than the e28. Of course, anything can be made to fit! You might be right about fabricating mounts.

Hey thanks for the reply. Does it matter what year the 528e's are? Also will a 325 80's steering wheel fit on my 87 535i?
