well normally on saturns it isnt an easy fix to get it to quit. saturns have issues with stuck piston rings causing oil to be burned. it could be caused by heat or, in my case, excessive fuel causing carbon build up on the rings. most people will take marvel mystery oil and pour enough down onto the piston that it pools. if you pour more then you will have to crank the car without the spark plugs in, or suction some out later. but let it sit for 24 hours if possible, if not try to let it soak for as long as possible min. of 20 hours or until piston is dry. if piston becomes dry quickly pour more on top of it. also buy new spark plugs, get some ac delco rapidfire plugs. those plugs are the only i have found so far that actually work. people always use ngk, but i used them and they did fine but they still didnt burn fuel anywhere as good as the ac delco rapidfire do.

the other problem it could be is leaking valve stem seals. the only way to fix this is to replace them. but with a consumption like that id say its the rings.
