Programming the remote door lock

[u]2004 4-Runner. How can I program the remote door lock transmitter (or the receiver in the vehicle) to open all doors with one click of the remote? Right now the factory default only opens the driver door with one click and the rest with a second click. The dealership is unable to help me.
