2004 grand caravan stock radio harness

can anyone tell me what the white wire with a purple tracer is for the back of the stock radio says -j1850 no clue what that means
also an orange wire with a tan tracer that the back of the radio says it is -pwd (i think this one is for illumination) not sure?

White purple runs from the front control module (fused IOD feed) thru the pci bus to the back of the radio . Orange tan looks like it feed from the panel lamps driver which is probably what allows you to dim the display .
