oil bolt`s location?

ok....i`ve got the oil and a "wierd" filter...lol
lifted up the car,got underneath it...and then i was like WOW......same as under the hood....lol....everything is covered with plastic......cant find shit......neither bolt nor filter....lol
IS IT UNDER THAT PLASTIC??? SHOULD I TAKE IT OFF......CHANGE OIL AND PUT BACK ON??? IS THERE ANYTHING ELESE I SHOULD REMEMBER OF?

thanks guy....ur probably so tired of me now....lol.......but im new to bimmers,and know its expensive so i dont really feel like fu_cking up something....:P
