Where IS IT????????

Where is the coolant sensor?? Is there just one?? Where is the bleeder valva?? Will the air naturally escape with the help of the radiator cap air release and the resevoir?? What is the IAC and the ICM??

There are two temperature sensors. One is pretty much on top the the thermostat housing. This is the one the computer uses to sense when to turn the fans on/off. Two ways to test.
1. Unplug it while the engine's running. The fans should immediately (well...) kick on and the engine light on the dash should come on as well (kind of a diagnost self test).
2. With the engine cold, use an Ohm meter on the two terminals inside the sensor. You should have alot (relative term, in other words I can't remember exactly how much) of resistance. Now warm the car to normal temp. Check again, the resistance should go down, to pretty much 0 on a hot engine.
The second sensor is for the dash gauge. It's on the intake manifold. If you're standing on the left side of the car and looking at the intake, it's buried on the right corner of it. There is *1* wire going to it. Pull the wire and the gauge should fall to the cold side.
As far as I know, there's no air bleed, but you could (slowly) loosen the gauge temp sensor to see if any air comes out.

I'm pretty sure the IAC (Idle Air Control) valve is on top of the air intake, right before it enters the throttle body. Has a cylinder looking thing on top. Unplug it while the car's running and it should stall.
Never heard of an ICM on a GenII, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

By ICM I wonder if the poster is referring to an Integrated Control Module, which is probably similar to what Ford calls their Constant Control Relay Module (CCRM). The CCRM controls the A/C clutch, high and low speed fans, and fuel pump.
