'98 318i

Well, I'm about a day away from getting my first Bimmer! I found a '98 318i at a dealership that seems to be in great condition. The only thing is, it has 75,000 miles. Should I be very concerned with the mileage? The car runs great and they've made some repairs (ball joints, front struts, tires, etc.)

Any advice, warnings, anything would be helpful, just how reliable are these cars?
