I like those wheels a lot. Wanted to get a set of those or the American Racing wheels for off-road tires for mine. However, neither company makes them in the correct offset for the blazer. This particular wheel in a 15 x 7 with a 5 x 4.75 bolt pattern only comes with +6 mm offset or 0 mm offset. They will stick out farther than the stock wheels.

Very nice combo. Being that your truck is red. The black rims will really bring it out. Tires are great for the cost. I have a set on my "97" Blazer. I like them. Don't know how they are in the snow, but trial running is good.
