94 Astro electrical system problem

IN MY CAR ASTRO AWD 94 THE Headlights&Taillights& Interior Lights &IGNITION SYSTEM NO spark but the Engine can be start bt not run??? WTS problem ??

PLEASE HELP TO NO THE PROBLEM
