Free Quad 4

I have a 88 Olds Cutlass Ciera with a Quad 4 auto trans. It is the regular Quad 4 with about 145hp IIRC. The car was 'tapped' in the right rear and the insurance company totaled it. I thought about putting it in an 84 I had but I have since gotten rid of that. If no one wants this in the next week or so, it gets donated to the local fire company for 'jaws of life' practice. Car has about 80K and ran fine when parked two years ago. The only thing missing from the car is the dash pod that I took for a dash change in another Fiero. Car is located in Gilbertsville, PA about 4 miles north of Pottstown, about 45 miles west of Philly. The car has a salvage title.

I imagine it's 'driveable' if you lived a few miles from me and could do some 'tinkering' but as I said it's been sitting for two years. The battery is either missing or bad. The right rear quarter is touching the wheel and caused it to puncture. (The donut would allow it to roll to be trailered). The driver's seat is broken (in the crash) and there is no dash pod which I don't know if it will even run without. In addition it is not leagal to drive in PA as it is not inspected or has a 'valid' title. Don't think of leaving Michigan for this car. It's not a '67 442 with a hit in the right rear.

Last chance

Last chance before the junkyard. This car will be disposed of Jamuary 2nd or so. I collect Fieros and a running engine and car would have sold let alone given away free almost immediately. Nobody out there somewhere near the Philadelphia area needs a Quad 4? Email me at [email protected] with Quad 4 in the subject.
