01 Stratus CD Player not working

I put in a CD Player a while back and it worked perfect! Then, a friend was helping me put in an amplifier and we didn't finish so i took the car back home and my radio/CD player didn't work. It didn't want to turn on. Now, me and my cousin are trying to fix it. I already checked all of the connections and they're all good, same as before. the CD player will spit out a CD but it won't stay on long enough to play it. That's the only time it's turned on. By the way, there's a light under the radio system that just turned on, it wasn't there before. Please help someone!

Re: 01 Stratus CD Player not working

Check the fuzes in the fuze box and see if there is a line fuze for the cd player or a fuze in the cd player that may have popped.
