New window regulator/moter trouble

I have just installed a brand new regulater with the moter on it and the window goes down real nice but it struggles to rise it back up. My question is, are there any adjustments on the tracks or what could be making it work so hard to lift the window? Please help,

this is my wife's car and she demands satisfaction from me.
