How much for a waterpump?

How much does a waterpump normally cost? And how much would be a reasonable price to have it installed?

there's too much variance to say. A rolls-royce water pump will probably cost as much as my car, and a pump for my car is 15$. Installation depends on where the pump is located. mine is right under the intake, while a toyota camry's is located behind the engine, requiring the half-shaft to be removed.

Unhappy Water pump in Mazda 626

I have a Mazda 626 V6 2.5 L engine....and i recently had my timing belt replaced, but did not have the water pump replaced (didnt know you wer supposed to)...and now the water pump is shot. We need to replace it- how hard of a job is it to do it yourself? How much is reasonable to pay to have it done? (we've gotten estimates of $360-$400 !!!!) Thanks for your help!
