2002 explorer bassey noise

2002 explorer is making this weird bassey almost deafing sound inside the truck when the windows are down.Kinda sounds like a heicoper close up.
It is very noticable when traveling at 40 mph or more.

A lot of cars make this noise when you put just the rear windows down and leave the fronts up. Not sure is that's what you're doing though...

Yea I think I know what you're talking about. Happens when window is down and the others are up.

Solution, just roll the other ones down or put them all up.
