2002 dakota code p0306

Girlfriends dakota broke down today (saturday). When I went to start it, it started right up and drove home w/ no problem. But check engine light was lit. Pulled codes and got a P0306. What does this code mean? Thanks for all the help.

misfire in cylinder #6

Reset the computer by disconnecting the battery and wait 5min and hook it back up. See if it happens again.
