I need help I have a 91 lumina and the spark plugs dont have any current to them. I dont know what this is I changed the cables to the battery and this just happend overnight. Help as soon as possible please!

This cAn be a complicated diagnosis, do you have injector pulse? A noid lite should be used to check this. If you are unfamiliar with this type of repair, you should get expert on site help here.

Any arcing when you were changing the battery?
It hasn't started since, correct?

Check all your fuses to begin with. I've had GM cars towed into the shop after jumpstarts went wrong with ECM, Crank sensor, FI, A/C, and other fuses blown from arcing or reverse polarity.
