Do a fluid and filter change... How many miles on the tranny? Is it setting an SES light?

At that point its their responsilbility and they need to pay for any damage. I would go to a reputable tranny shop and get an estimate on fixing it, then give the people who damaged it the bill.

when it happend we took it back to the shop and they put fluid in and tightend the line. and said if it doesnt work at all they will replace it. it worked but not very well so they gave us a warrenty. when it did this they said that it still worked so they wouldnt replace it.

At this point I would file a lawsuit with the local magistrate for the amount it will take to fix what wasn't fixed.
