this is a tiny bit involved but here goes:

The reprogramming connector is located near the RKE module. It is a RED connector with two wires. The RKE module is located behind the LH hushpanel. (bad picture but it shows the l/h sound insulator and an arrow pointing towards the front. the rke module is a rectangular box with two connectors coming out of one of the sides pointing at about a 45degree angle upward to the firewall.)

Short the reprogramming connector terminals together.
Receiver will respond by locking and unlocking doors within 2 seconds.
Press any button of the first transmitter to be programmed.
The control module will respond by locking/unlocking doors and activating rear window release.
Press any button of the second transmitter to be programmed (if used).
The control module will respond by locking/unlocking door and activating the rear window release.

this may or may not clear existing key transmitters when you do this so i would have both transmitters and program them both in.
Remove the ground applied to the reprogramming connector.
Transmitter operation is verified by locking and unlocking the doors and activating the rear window release.
