Where is the fuel pump fuse locatede to run out eccess fuel before removing fillter. Are there any special tools required for proper replacement or can it be done with normal tools.

Re: Fuel Fillter Replacement?

Use a crow foot flare nut wrench for lower bolt and Kroil penetrant first. That's the main sticking point. The lower fitting can be very tight, and conventional flare nut wrenches can flex, but the crow foot design won't.

Re: Fuel Fillter Replacement?

I need to know where the fuel pump fuse is to drain the fuel rail and lines and unless a crow foot flare nut wrench is just a normal wrench please specify on what one is.
