Kia Shuma

Bit unsure how this all works - but here goes.

I am the owner of a Kia Shuma SX 2000 model. I have had it from new with no major probs so far.

But I seem to be getting a strange noise from the front left hand corner when I go over speed humps - no I am not going too fast! I have recently had it serviced - but forgot to mention the noise - stupid but I was in a rush and it wasn't a major worry. The noise has got worse since the service - they changed the break pads but I don't know enough about cars to know if that matters. The noise seems to almost disappear after the car has been running for a while - although it doesn't seem to matter if the weather is warm or cold.

Has anybody any ideas please?
