Lightbulb vibratation on bottom of car

1991 Ford T-bird v6 - 156k miles
Hey Ive been experiencing this problem with my t-bird...

Now I can't tell if this is engine or transmission related, but maybe someone here has had a similar problem.

Going from 0-35mph is fine but once reaching high gear (35 +) my car starts to vibrate alot , its really noticable now because when I take my foot off the gas and coast - everything is fine and feels normal. Then once I resume it starts up again. The best way to describe it is from under my gas pedal area (but under the car) it vibrates and not only can you feel it you can also hear it. When I come to a complete stop It does the same thing. I put it in neutral everytime I stop because I just hate the problem. I drive my car daily on the highway and never had a problem with my car stalling or dying out. I just did a full tune-up about 6-8months ago by the way. Its been pretty reliable so far, so I'd like to take care of this problem before anything gets worse.

any advice would be greatly appreciated,
thanks
