ABS Brakes

I have a 1999 Silverado. I applied brakes on and icy road the other day and the ABS pump that is on the frame rail stayed running. I pulled the fuse out and it stopped. What would cause this and is there a fix or do I need to replace it. I am thinking it may be froze due to the cold weather. I will try and heat it up this weekend but if any one has any ideas what or how to fix it let me know.

Thanks
Labatt

Re: ABS Brakes

The ABS module is bad. Do not go to the dealer as this is a $1000 job. Go to modulemaster.com. Gavin will have it back to you in a day if you want. It cost me about $175 shipped to the door and the problem has been fixed.
