new and looking for this part??? or any help
hey guys i just got a 69 nova a few months ago and it's my first car i got it all sanded down and primered but i'm looking for this part and i dont't know the specific name to it. It goes over the windshield wipers above the hood and i need to purchase one so if anybody has one for sale or knows where i can find one i'd appreciate it. thanks

The part you are talking about is called the outer cowl panel.

Yea, I got one in my garage. I've been collecting spare parts for the last seven or eight years. Enough to make another car I think. Sorry, I don't think I willing to sell any of it though. Plus the shipping to you from me in Canada would be a killer. You should be able to get a new one, I know Goodmark industries sells them. Did you try Napa? If you can't scrounge up a new one near you, you should be able to pick up a good used one on Ebay pretty cheap.
