head gasket question
can you seal a blown head gasket? my friend said to try this BARS aluminum powder, my gasket finally blew today and nearly overheated but i got home.. disappointing,
i need to know when its appropriate to seal gaskets |

never....if a gasket is bad, always replace it. i think you learned this the hard way

just replace it.. dont even mess around with something like that.. it will only cost more after that goes again.. if it would even work.. just set aside a day and take it all apart and clean it all up.. and get new gaskets.

Youre comparing spending a small amount of money with getting a whole new engine. New gasket definetly.
