Indicators on Astra 1.7cdti 54 plate

Hi, Firstly - First time Car Owner.. First Time poster :-)

Had quick look with search but couldnt see anthing.
If ive missed it, I'm sorry.

I have an Astra (1.7cdti) Just bought it today.

After driving away from garage I noticed that Indicators were all going really fast. I.e both left and right are making a quick ticking noise, and also they are actually flashing fast.

This happens for both left and right.

At first I thought one of the bulbs was away, but on checking they are all working fine.

The hazards Flash at normal rate.

Has anyone got any clues as to what this could be, and if so how to fix it.

I am taking car back to garage tomorrow night, but if it was somthing daft I could fix myself I would rather, ie it would be done bit quicker.

Also, I am pretty basic on car knowledge (first one an all).

So please be gentle.
