help with lowering cars
alright nobody get mad at me cause i have used the serach button and cant come up with nething on how to lower cars in photoshop 6.0. I have tried a tutorial on that one website silverpladin or whatever but i cant understand what all this copy and pasting and where to copy and paste to do it. If someone could please refer me to another site that can help me with this or can explain the steps please reply but if ur just gonna get mad at me like intgra22 did in my first thread please dont reply at all. dont copy and paste, just select the car, and th rest of the pic from the bottom of the bumper, and press the CTRL button and use the arrow keys to move it where ever you want

I always select the entire body of the car (minus wheels), and copy/paste it to another level. Once that is done, you can adjust the body of the car independently of the background. Then, I use the stamp tool to clean up the background (remove any traces of the cars body from the original layer).
Actually, every single mod that I make is done on its own seperate level. That way, I can delete it later (without having to use the history box), or try out multiple mods on the same part. I don't "flatten" all the layers until I am 100% done.
