1990 dodge spirit 3 litre v6 problems!!!!!

Ok so here my problem I drive a 1990 dodge spirit wih a 3 litre v6 but......... recently I encountered some problems. My car has this rattle which comes from where my (mid engine) it clicks loudly and almost seems to grind on something when I accelerate this problem is not my oil it most likely not my tranny fluid but does anybody else know what could cause this? I am soo lost and I need this car to make money pleeeease help me
