CRC Permanent Metallic Block and Radiator Seal???

I have a 95 taurus that has a leaky heater core. It is a real PITA to get at the HC in this car. I was wondering if anyone has used the block seal product (http://www.autobarn.net/crc401016d.html) before and how it worked out for you... or if you have any opinions on this product even if you have never used it...

thanks in advance
jim

The only sure fire way to fix it is to replace it. the sealant will only work for a short time, if it works at all. trouble in a can.

I agree with the last post, the sealers are temporary in nature, they may last a few weeks or a few months. Eventually the part that is being sealed will continue to deteriorate until the sealer can no longer patch them .

The basic little bottles work okay, but the stuff in big cans, (it looks like a thick grey milkshake) work very well..................for a while.
