Start problem

Hello

I have a 93 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0 HO it's been running great Intel today at 4:20pm I got in and tried to start but it didn't I heard the fuel pump and it was cranking but it was not turning over but it was really struggling but it was like it wasn't getting any fire. I also smiled a little gas under the hood after about 20 mins of Fu** with it. any help would be great. Also it the coldest it's been in a while like 52 F

if you meant to say its turning over but not cranking?.... its probably a CPS.

If you didn't hear the fuel pump running, I'd check the fuel pump relay first. But i suspect the pump being dead...

check the fuel rail and see if there is pressure also.
