Strange sounds from near belts

i have a 1999 Accord EX a bit over 80k mileage and i just recently had these strange sounds from near the timing belts i'm not sure what this part is ...

i've read around and it could be one of many things: tensioner, water pump, belt, etc

the sounds are coming from just left of the oil syringe.
