Shuddering in 1st gear

Hey guys, i need some help

Fairly often in 1st gear, when i start moving from a stop, the car shudders until i completely let out the clutch. Doesn't happen when im moving, or in any other gear. Anyone have any ideas?

couple of things to come to mind. First the clutch disc may be getting low, pressure plate weak, or the flywheel may need to be machined.

pressure plate or flywheel uneven, torn up clutch disc, or oil on the clutch.
